Control of training must be achieved through the formulation and implementation of a cost based realistic plan. We do subscribe to an aggressive approach to training provision in order to secure optimum quality of service to your organisation, and are ready to be judged on our performance.
However whilst setting tightly-budgeted training plans are fine they must be subject to regular monitoring and include a realistic assessment of what can and what cannot be achieved.
Failure to deliver an expectation is usually mortifying in any relationship!
Where a company has no means in place to conduct a training needs analysis, plan and schedule training activities, or to record them, we will set up all the systems, procedures and processes that are necessary.
This is another example of an area where we can develop an overall, but flexible, solution to HRD
