i.e. training the trainer to help individuals reach their full potential and increase their value to their employer - as a jobholder, team member and as a proud member of the organisation.
Function Development Skills
i.e. training the trainer to help management and staff acquire and apply new skills and adopt effective styles and techniques for their role.
